If you haven’t already seen, HGTV has a fairly new show out called Million Dollar Rooms. The host shows viewers a look inside some of the most amazing rooms that easily cost over $1,000,000. From lavish subterranean garages to amazing resort style swimming pools; they show it all. This episode is titled “Million Dollar Outdoor Spaces” and is one of my favorite episodes to date. How cool are these spaces?!!! I absolutely love anything to do with the outdoors, so these spaces blow my mind. A lazy river is definitely on my list of must-have things for when I build my mansion! What would you guys spend a million dollars on in your outdoor spaces?

*The pirate themed outdoor space is located on Lido Drive in Boulder City, NV

* The house with the swimming pool, putting green and Japanese garden is the $30 million mega mansion located at 388 Long Canyon Road in Bradbury, CA

I’ll assume it’s not just me, but the video is Kitchens & Baths, not Outdoor Spaces.

I’m pretty sure the Costa Careyes house is located at 19°26’5.77″N, 105° 1’37.40″W, though I can’t tell whether it’s the house to the north or south of that bay. I think it’s the one to the south because that line is probably the track for the gondola. Either way, I’ve just found my dream vacation house!

Great TV Show! I’ve started watching it too. I DVR all the episodes to make it easier to watch later. Also enjoyed the episode with the wooden 3 story library that took a year to construct.

If you get the DIY Channel, there’s a couple of sweet shows on there too. Specifically, Million Dollar Contractor is a show about a guy in NYC who runs multi-million dollar renovations in the city. There’s also the Vanilla Ice Project where Vanilla Ice flips mansions in Palm Beach. People whom had their houses foreclosed rip everything out of their mansions to try to recoup their costs and Vanilla Ice buys up the properties and flips them. It’s not some ordinary flipping show either; we’re talking serious mansion flipping from hiring painters to create murals to to building theater rooms to even installing a zip line in from a balcony to a back yard just for fun.

The Texas pool is at a club on Lake Travis. It’s not even a home pool…Nice indeed, but would be more intriguing if was actually a personal pool!!!!!
