10-11 is a truly beautiful house. I drove by recently and it is a top notch estate all around. 13-16 is not a newly built house. it’s a completely renovated and very important Phillip Johnson designed house from the 1960s. it’s also very lovely and has magnificent grounds.

The link to the Sebastian Construction Group site was fantastic. While some of these behemoths are not to everyones taste, the designs and interiors featured on that site are for the most part very well done and they are a surprise showing decent proportions, exceptional level of detail and nice surrounding landscaping features. I just wish that when you want a huge home as the ones featured, you at least have enough land to give the architecture a chance to breathe. One home pictured in photos 2-4 looks as if it is wedged into its site and do you really just drive up a straight driveway right past the front door? Give these designs some breathing room please. HotR is a great site that I only recently discovered.
