It’s so damn harsh looking. While I do like the exterior walls, I don’t like how it’s executed here. The rear looks completely out of place given the simplistic front. Nice pool and view though.

I actually like it, what we can see of it that is. I appreciate the structured feel of it but I wish the limestone facing had been continued onto the back, instead of what looks like stucco (but maybe it is limestone after all). I’d like to see more of the interior, since the single shot of the kitchen isn’t enough to form an opinion about the whole thing.

I grew up going to this beach before it was developed. I can’t believe the prices that are being asked for these homes. Yes, it’s a great beach and view, but this house is surrounded by suburbia and mindless orange county culture or lack thereof. I’d rather live in one Laguna Beach’s private beachfront neighborhoods or malibu for the same price at least you would have local attractions. The design looks fine it’s just the price that seems outlandish. I mean seriously you could buy a hamptons estate or Newport Rhode Island estate for the same price and get so much more bang for your buck.

Interesting from a structural standpoint, but it just looks like I’d hurt myself too much if I lived here…bruised hips from the kitchen island, black eyes from the corners in the pool…

This is my home and the back is also made of limestone. The area we are in is VERY secluded look up “The Strand” we are no where near “suburbia and mindless Orange County culture” we are less than half a mile from Laguna. Of course our house isn’t for everyone but it fits my three children, my husband, and myself perfectly for our vacation home!!!!
