WOW. WOW. WOW. This has got to be my new favorite custom home builder. Christopher Sims Custom Homes is regarded as Greater Houston’s finest custom home builders and I can see why! They have built some INCREDIBLE homes throughout Texas, ranging in style from French Chateau to Classic Mediterranean. Pictured above is some of their work. My two favorites are #4 and #8.

* House #8 can be found on W Webb St in El Campo, TX

I like #3 from the outside….inside is not really my taste.

I like most of them. Some tread the line into tacky but overall they look well done. #1 is my least favorite.

House #1 is in the gated section of Sweetwater in Sugarland.

House #4 is Tilman Fertitta’s house in River Oaks in Houston.

House #7 is owned by an Indian couple who are in the pharmacy industry and is on Palm Royale Blvd in Sugarland, TX.

House #6 is in the community, Riverstone in Missouri City, TX.

House #3 is owned by a doctor in Memorial. It was featured on 60 minutes in regards to “Vulgaria” and “Richistan”.

House #8: I have always wondered where it was and am surprised it is in El Campo.

Here is another similar builder that builds in the same areas as Christopher Sims:

They’re all very nice, but I don’t see anything terribly amazing here. My favorites are #4 and #5. I took a look at the website and got bored. I know the Seattle architect from yesterday wasn’t mind blowing either but at least they had enough interesting details to keep me clicking. I’ll revisit this tomorrow. Maybe I’m just cranky 😉

I’m too baffled at the mo’ (maybe cranky as well). I, too, will have to look again…later. 😉

All beautiful homes but I like #4 overall but in the main picture I like the fountain & the pool. Definitely Texas or Florida lol.
