beige.
I gotta say they did one helluva job on the ceilings throughout! minus that horrid mural that looks like a middle school art project..
The facade is just…terrible. The garages and balconies just look tacked on. And in the rear I hate the window placement to the right. The ceilings are just awful. The ceiling in the kitchen takes the cake for worst ceiling I ever seen. Why anyone would want marble floors in their master bedroom is beyond me.
I do like the study, though.
The outside looks run down, or abandoned at best. The interior is over-styled and under-tasteful.
I like that the interior is not over done; however, some of the ceilings, especially the kitchen, is kind of batty. Otherwise, the kitchen is nice.
whats the square footage of this thing….?
Built by Lavish Homes. Beware, horrible music loops on the website:

That company’s name alone would have me running in the opposite direction.
Oh look, they even included the same smoked globe camera as the casinos use (Photo 11). Yup, 2.5 star Las Vegas hotel is what this reminds me of. Quite ghastly and very cookie-cutterish.
What a desolate and lonely looking place. Creepy.
KILL IT WITH FIRE!!!!
As a Atlanta native and resident, I am ashamed.
OH my… I don’t have the time or the patience to tear this one apart. It’s obviously over the top and they even did a terrible job at that. If the ceilings where toned down a bit, I have a feeling that it might not be so bad. The three laundry rooms is kinda silly. Why not just have a laundy chute/dumbwaiter?
The home theater is nice, but I’ve seen far far better in this price range. Same goes for the game/billiards room. For the most part, this house needs a complete remodel.
The pictures are too dark and do not help this place at all.
