    Amazing place.

    Shame the rooftop room has so many metal supports

    @Hugh

    It’s probably built that way to withstand the cold Ontario winters while keeping a comfortable year-round swimming area beneath. More unobstructed sky would be a huge win, but I find the industrial look of the roof supports and stairways quite attractive.

    WOW this place is spectacular!! Interesting to note the price..quite a bargin I’d say. You put this exact same penthouse in NYC, and it’s probably near 100 million. Interesting that it has 4 1/2 bds, but 11 bathrooms..Why so many? I notice this frequently..the overuse of bathrooms to fill space is mind boggling, and seems to be a trend in homes of the rich. Do you have to go more once your a millionaire?

    I’d invest in a better waterslide but, that aside, this place is damn cool!

    Is that Hitler in the living room?

    I’m sorry, but this place looks like a tired, dated condo circa 1996. The rooftop pool is the biggest perk, but did they need to make it so…metallic?

      ROFL at “Hitler” in the living room. I missed that the first time I looked!

      Ha! That was the first thing I saw as well! I imagine he’d have done a much better job with the interior, however.

    love the steel and glass.

    However, looking at the building in bing maps, no way in hell I would consider buying it at any price.

    I think Daniel is the lone voice of reason concerning this place. It’s not quite as bad as it COULD be, but this is far from attractive.

    The location looks terrible in bing. Are marble floors are just not my thing.

      I agree about marble floors. I love me some parquet floors or beautiful oriental rugs though!

    The steel staircase does not fit with the formal inlaid floors and wall mouldings and pillars. All are ugly. The bar area is hideous with the exposed booze bottles-espcially blocking the view. Rooftop pool is too industrial looking but the kitchen area by the pool is pretty cool.

      Agreed concerning the staircase. It would go great if the apartment had a kind of art deco theme or even just a general industrial loft feel, but it just sticks out too much in an apartment like this.
