The rear looks like a country club. The exterior stone is too coarse for my tastes. Interior looks uninspirired. Price isn’t horrendous.

It is verry blah for being as large as it is…i dont know if its the full rock exterior with tiny windows or the uguly interior that belongs in a 100 year old house

How many people can fit into that shower?! The stucco fence seems out of place with all that stone. Nonetheless, I like this place.

I like the exterior. It’s the most realistically Tuscan house we’ve seen here in a long while, and much better than the beige stucco pseudo-Tuscans we see so much of. The interior is nice-ish, but lacking. There is some potential after the completely forgetable furnishings are thrown out. This would look so much more appropriate in a place with a more Tuscan-like climate.

As far as Tuscans go, this isn’t bad. It has an overall “barn” feel. Maybe this should be an equestrian estate. I’m not really fond of the bathroom, but the pavilion is pretty cool.

Not bad….it is a steal for that price in that area.

Was this development named after the Il Divo singers? It looks pretty spectacular, just as the singers are!!! Good choice.
