Such a stunning home that they forgot to include a photo (or rendering) of the exterior. Inside looks like the suite of a Four Seasons.

As far as contemporaries go, I like this one a little bit, but it falls short on variation…there’s very little variation with the walls and ceilings, they all seem to be the same…I felt like I was seeing the same room several times over. Crucial parts of the home like the kitchen and master bathroom just weren’t “wowing” me much, they didn’t seem to match the drama of the views.

Those views are spectacular, by the way, heavily treated photos or not. Like Daniel, I find it inexcusable that there’s no pics of the exterior of the home, although considering the terrain of Belvedere, you may not be able to see much of the home at all from the road. The size of the lot you get is impressive for this area, as is the sheer square footage of this home, but $45 million is somewhere off in la-la land, even for the astronomically valued area in which this home sits.

Whatever they did to the walls in the corner of that one bedroom makes it look like the room has some kind of fungal infection…it creeps me out.

Also, Kenny, you meant to write “Marin” Designer Showcase, not Marina. They’re referring to Marin County.

I just want to know where the front door is. The front of the house has the amazing views (no door, driveway or garage) and the back has a terraced yard just awaiting a landslide. I assume it is on the side which would be pretty narrow to accomodate a driveway, garage AND front entrance.
