From the front it looks like a smaller version of “Stone Mansion” in Nj.

It’s quaint, but very stuffy looking. That room in photo 9 would make a perfect place to shoot “Bad Romance 2: Lover’s Quarrel.”

LOL to what daniel said and it really does look like the “stone mansion” on the exterior front but the back is way different…i dont know if its worth 13mil tho :/

is there some sort of building regulation in Greenwich where they have to be Colonial or Georgian?! Not too fond of the house to be honest, the only interesting feature is the wood-paneled hallway, i can imagine with those white curtains floating it would look very spooky

Colonial and Georgian are the only styles the old money and wannabe old money want. If they wanted anything else, they wouldn’t be buying in Greenwich.

I really love this house and its on one of the best streets in town. Deff worth close to $13m.
P.S.— The address is: 78 Zaccheus Mead Lane, Greenwich, CT if youre trying to find it on a map.

The exterior is lovely, but predictable. I suppose it would seem impressive to someone arriving by car, unless that guest just happened to have an even larger Greenwich house. The interior: I just hate it.

It’s definitely true that the exterior breaks precisely zero new ground, but I’m completely in love with it anyway. Interior is WAY too frilly. The kitchen looks like a wedding cake.

Love this house BUT the pillar in the foyer looks contrived and the kitchen does not match the over the top decor of the rest of the house.

I really like this house! Thanks Kenny! I love all the paneled walls! This is a pretty large house, but it hides its weight well in these photos. I love the layout! I’m sure there’s a very large basement that we’re not seeing. 5 acres is a manageable amount of land and it seems to be secluded from other neighbors well.

Personally the decor is a bit stuffy and needs updating. I like older, authentic looking furniture but this almost crosses the line into an antique store. It’s a little too obvious that this house was built more than ten years ago.
