Beautiful views, but $23M for a little more than a 1/4 acre?
I know, it’s too high. I mean, it’s not even direct waterfront.
$23,000,000 for beige and bland? No thanks. It all looks very mediocre. The view is nice, but not the best I’ve seen. Dana Point itself is nice, but it is not an exciting place to be.
Is that a pool or a fountain? Does not matter-either way it’s ugly.

Pretty generic, but the views are indeed very beautiful. I don’t think I’d be able to pay over $20 million for a house and pull up to something that resembles something for a tenth of the asking price.
The area is beautiful but rather boring. Way over priced in my opinion.
The front of this place barely says $2.3 million, let alone $23 million. It isn’t even that exciting besides.
