I like the exterior. It’s not groundbreaking, but I think it’s an attractive mock-Med. The view is also great, with the canyon, city, and ocean views.

The interior is a major disappointment. Many of the rooms look cramped, especially for a house this size. The finishes are also not pleasing. There’s too much white, but when there are colors they’re terrible. The kitchen counters appear to stone, but they come across looking like 70s vintage Formica. Overall it looks dated, bland, and boring.

I actually like the interior more than the exterior. I don’t like how the house is situated sideways on the lot. It’s a very strange perspective pulling head-on into the driveway and having the main entrance on the side. The interior is light and airy, but the rooms are very small. The living room and dining room look like they belong in a 100-year old home. I’m not a fan of how compartmentalized the layout is. The interior is in desperate need of color and personality, but it’s workable. The rear of the home has the same strange orientation as the front.

Not bad, but it’s too beige and there’s really not much of a presence from the street or even from right in front of the home. The upside is that it looks like it has a decent amount of privacy, even though it isn’t far from it’s next door neighbors. The views are great.
