From the limited pictures, house #1 looks nice. House #2 looks like a joke. Clearly the Great Neck location of #2 is the only thing that warrants its sale price.

North Shore of Long Island. You dont know how much money is hidden here. I have friends right outside Old Westbury/Upper Brookville and some of the cars cruising through here almost put the vintage italian supercars parked on Greenwich Ave to shame..
