These two mansions are located on Riverside Drive NW in Atlanta, GA. If you look closely, you can see that they both seem to be on the same property. There doesn’t look to be any division between them. So I’m guessing it’s two related families that live in each of the homes. I found the last two images on a roofing company website and they were titled “Taslini Verde” and “Taslini Casa Grande”. What are your guys’ thoughts on this?

This might not seem like such a great idea, when they eventually have to sell one of them. Of course, that could be a while.

The house to the north (grey roof) is owned by Gail Avrill, and the home is 6707 Riverside Dr NW. It is 7,311 sq ft.

The house to the south (red roof) is conveniently “not owned” by anyone. It is 6705 Riverside Dr NW. It is 8,356 sq ft.

My guess is yes, it probably is owned by Gail Avrill for both. I just wonder why you would do something like that other than to have one home for you and one for your family.

This also reminds me of Andrew Jones’s former Duluth, GA mansion in which originally there was 1 mansion, and then he built another next door (on the same property.

These two homes are very nice. That would be so weird though to come up the driveway and not know which house you’re going to.

I miss-spelled Andrew. He goes by Andruw. Here is the V.G. page:

I don’t think it’s so bad since I can vision them making some privacy between the two homes.

They sit on two distinct plots of land, so I wouldn’t assume that it’s a single compound…it’s possible of course, but could it be possible for the homes to simply share a driveway?

House 1 is great, house 2 is a bit over the top.

I think I’d prefer 2 8000 square footers than a 16000. Easier to sell, good for when your kids get older.

Both are ugly. If it is owned by the same person, it is also extremely questionable.
