I’ve featured both of these homes before, however, there are now updated pictures of both of them. They sure have quite a lot in common. What do they both have in common? They are both newly built, located on the same street in Greenwich, CT, have the same number of bedrooms and bathrooms and feature indoor basketball/squash courts! Also, they were both built by builder Mark Mariani, so that explains the similarities. I prefer house #1, what about you guys?

They are both so…. plain. I would choose #1 also though.

I agree. Both very plain and very expensive. The indoor basketball courts makes me hate them even more.

I’ve driven by them… this street used to have all old manor homes on 5 acres or more and they were torn down. Now there 4 spec mansions right on the rd and while they do have potential… they just are too close to the rd and are eyesores at the moment with little architectural quality :/

There’s very little attention to detail with both of these houses, I know its sometimes nice not to have an overly done house with marble floors, crystal chandeliers and stone pillars, but when your paying almost 12 million their both extremely bare looking.

These are both devastatingly boring. I know they haven’t been decorated and lived in yet, but Jesus, I just about fell asleep looking at the photo galleries!

Is the pool in the first home’s listing photoshopped in??
