$17.5 million for a bunker…not for me. The setting is absolutely beautiful, but I just don’t like the buildings or the interior.

If ever there were a difficult sell, this is it. The price doesn’t help either.

This is high-quality contemporary design and construction, but I can’t justify the pricetag. However, potential buyers for a getaway residence like this would probably not be dissuaded, even though it’s replacement cost is likely far below asking price. Hard to see that it would close much above $12.5M though.

The price is absolutely ridiculous but I love this place.
It’s completely different from most McMansions and other ‘material waste palaces’ but that’s why I love it even more.

It’s warm, it’s cozy. It’s got lots and lots of privacy, and just imagine waking up in the morning with the sunlight in that bedroom ‘with the yellow bed spread!!! 😀

It really like this one. Something different for a change…

It may not be my thing, but I agree with you completely…the occasional listings with something genuinely different are certainly refreshing.

The exterior is clad in the same cork board you see at work to announce Wednesday brunches. Ted Kaczynski would kill to live here….
