It was built in 2007 and boasts 10,000 square feet of living space with 5 bedrooms and 5 full and 2 half bathrooms. The piece de resistance of this estate is the incredible 9,000 square foot 17-car garage (capable of holding 20 cars) that features a “collection area”, working shop, two hoist air compressors and integrated lighting. There is also a swimming pool and permitted plans for a boat dock. It is listed at $11,985,000.

These two mansions are located on Riverside Drive NW in Atlanta, GA. If you look closely, you can see that they both seem to be on the same property. There doesn’t look to be any division between them. So I’m guessing it’s two related families that live in each of the homes. I found the last two images on a roofing company website and they were titled “Taslini Verde” and “Taslini Casa Grande”. What are your guys’ thoughts on this?

Here is a 9 minute long video tour of the Stone Mansion estate located in Alpine, NJ. It is by far my favorite home of all time! It is currently on the market for a whopping $56 million. I think that the home has been marketed quite well so far. It has its own website, floor plans and numerous video tours. Now I just need to take a tour of it myself!

The roughly 23,549 square foot mega mansion is located at 16 Star Lane in the prestigious Magnolia Pointe section of South Barrington, IL. It was built in 2005 and boasts 14,549 square feet of living space on 2 floors plus 9,000 square feet of living space in the finished basement. The home, dubbed Zitella Palace was built over 2 years by legendary Chicago home builder Sam Zitella. His wife, Fran, is the one giving the tour. It was on the market back in February of last year with an asking price of $5,500,000. However, it is no longer on the market as of now.
