This contemporary residence is located at 42 Beverly Park Circle in the exclusive guard gated Beverly Park community in Los Angeles, CA. It was built back in 2008 and designed by Landry Design Group. If you recall, the home right next door (40 Beverly Park Circle) was also designed by Landry Design Group and built around the same time. 40 Beverly Park is around 27,000 square feet, so I would guess this home is around the same size. Antoher tidbit: 40 Beverly Park Circle sold for $31.5 million in 2009!

Maybe my favorite home I’ve ever seen. I’ve loved this place since I saw it on the Finton Construction website about a year ago. Oh, and it’s 24,000 square feet.

Terrible. Looks like it belongs buried under 100 feet of sand in the desert. Cold, impersonal and shockingly bland. 40 Beverly Park is a million times nicer and more livable than this P.O.S.

I agree 100%. I’d MUCH rather have 40 Beverly Park Circle.

Having ridiculous colors doesn’t make it fresh or original. NEXT!

So this isn’t fresh or original, but you want the house that looks like it’s from the 1800’s with a 1980’s interior? Yea….

Better than something that resembles a cancer institute:

I completely agree with you here, im a big fan of modern homes, clean lines, open spaces and large windows, most of which you won’t get from the house next door. I bet they have the house next door packed to the rafters with chairs and rugs and dining tables that seat 84.

Where can we get more pictures of this home?

@Geoffrey Go to http://www.finton.com , then go to Completed Projects, and scroll down to the bottom. It’s on the right.

I appreciate it for being not the usual faux-Tuscan/French/Tudor/Med house, but it’s too monolithic looking. It’s somber to the point of looking ominous.

I think I’m the only person in the world, or at least who comments on this blog, who doesn’t like Beverly Park. It’s the Stepford of the super rich.

I think I’m somewhere between you and everyone else. I’m more just puzzled over it than anything.

This is a bit boring…and cold and impersonal, as some have already said. Like many other contemporary homes, I just can’t for the life of me imagine actually trying to LIVE in it! It just looks so uncomfortable.

Looks like a prison and will date badly, but different strokes for different folks.

I like the pictures, but the aerial shot is really ugly. As ironic as it sounds for BeverlyPark, the lot seems kind of small…
