Well, there’s not much you can do with a lot that’s less than 100-feet wide, but the exterior could have been a lot worse. I actually like the interior on this even though it is like every other newly built oceanfront Mediterranean in South Florida. I guess I’m just used to it. The home overall reminds me of a fun-size version of Robert Eustace’s home on Hutchinson Island:

Regarding the Rolls-Royces, do you really need a Silver Seraph limo when you have a Phantom *and* a regular Silver Seraph? Honestly, just get a Phantom EWB and keep the Drophead.

Funny you should say that. According to property records, Robert Eustace owns this one, too.

Not surprising at all. Looks like one of the guest houses on his property.

At least we know that the current owner has a soft spot for Rolls-Royce. Why this matters to a potential buyer is beyond me.

The exterior is a bit of a folly, which makes actually me like it somewhat. If it were toned down, I think it would look ridiculous. If anything, the details could have been taken further.

I get the sense that the interior designer was schizophrenic. There are too many different styles going on. A unified design theme was apparently not on the agenda. Beyond that, a lot of the rooms look cramped for a house this size.

The interior designer did all her shopping at Pier 1 Imports . The Rolls Royces are simply tacky .

This does nothing for me, inside or out. Nice ocean views, that’s about it.

Somehow I always expect more out of a big company like Sotheby’s than to display all the owner’s cars in the driveway, but I’m continually let down in that regard.

    It’s a nice place.
So where are all the neighbors?
Doesn’t look like there is another home close in the aerial shot.
