Hmm. This one doesn’t feel very special, which at this price I would expect. The interior is very pedestrian and some of the light fixtures are laughable.

    I’d rather have this home:

(On a side note: Joshua & Co. is probably one of the top 5 brokerages I’ve seen in terms of site layout and photography. Makes each house really look like they are worth the asking price).

I agree about the broker’s website…I probably wouldn’t have checked out their other listings if you hadn’t mentioned it, but I’m glad you did…they do a beautiful job 🙂

This isn’t bad for the most part. The footprint of the home looks like it makes for a visually interesting layout, and it’s nice to see some colors inside. Although it makes it short on space, I like the layout of the kitchen, with the eating space in the middle, it makes the feel very intimate. I’m disappointed with the secondary bedrooms, however. There’s nothing interesting about them, no interesting ceilings, moldings, nothing. The price is indeed very high.

I cast my vote for Daniel’s nominee, this being election day in some parts.

Hmmm i dont know … i think the interior would have to be gutted….but Kenny thanks for posting realastic homes its nice to see nicer homes that are under 10,000 sq.ft. instead of coveting some billionairs 30,000 sq.ft. mansion that he can barely afford to keep…. 😀
