Well I have to say this home has one of the most beautiful facades I have seen in a LONG time. Perfect proportions and the detailing is exquisite without going overboard. Very pretty. Interior is a letdown, however. Complete opposite of the exterior. Interior looks very confusing and has some very questionable spaces (photo 7). The rear is not bad but not nearly as pretty as the front; the blank space on the 2nd floor is truly annoying.

I agree, Daniel! The facade is absolutely gorgeous! I wish it was on a larger lot though.

The front is definitely lovely. I think the design is very well done. The rear facade is OK, but as Daniel pointed out, the un-windowed space on the left side is annoying. I do like the interior; I think it has lots of potential. I appreciate that in the entryway the staircase is oriented the way it is, instead of it being made a focal point (or, worse, a horseshoe staircase. The other rooms could be quite nice when properly decorated. One of my least favorite elements is the master bath floor; I love mosaic floors, but this one is overdone. I do have to wonder just how many wet bars one house needs.
