I’ll just skip over any comments about the decor…

The apartments themselves have a lot of possibility. The location within London is great. It’s nice to see there are a lot of period elements in the rooms, but I like that the kitchen is modern. The herringbone floors look nice, and it appears as if they are consistent between the two units. I’d like to see floor plans to see how easy it would be to combine the units. I’m sure the price is stratospheric.

I’m worried about the whole “two apartments that could be combined” thing…usually this kind of thing results in an awkward layout with plenty of redundant spaces. As for what the pics do show, there are some nice elements such as the floors, but I really don’t see anything special. And as Grrrowler said, the price is sure to be over-the-top.

It looks like it could be a fantastic space. I love some of the details already present. Only thing I can see that is needed is a kitchen island.

Those balconies are so thin they look painted on!
