I love the stone exterior and front entrance, but the interior is a bit bland.
I like the stonework on the exterior, but the different sizes of the gables on each side of the entrance really bothers me. Because the one on the right also extends further forward making it look larger still, it looks out of proportion to the rest of the facade.
The interior is a little plain, but I can see it properly decorated with an eclectic mix of furnishes and some colorful artwork to make it more interesting. There’s currently way too much white.
The front door archway is amazzzinggg!
The interior needs quite a bit of work… The stain on the flooring looks cheap (Kitchen Pic), the Kitchen needs a more inviting layout, the stonework in the family room–I mean come on–and the master bathroom is very dated. The clashing cabinet hardware is awful.
The rear of the house is quite nice; I like the colors and the exterior stonework, but it looks like the roofing needs to be dealt with because that is a major red flag. In Greenwich, I would say that this is a pretty good deal for maybe $4 million, $4.5 max.
The interior is extremely predictable and incredibly boring.
Looks like a good start, now let’s get decorating!
I also agree that the front door archway is amazing! One thing I don’t like is the black marble inlay that surrounds the stone floor in the foyer. Yuck!
It’s as if they spent all they’re money and architectural finesse on that damn doorway.
