It’s lovely, but I’m really not a fan of this house. The views are truly incredible, and are the best part of the entire estate. The exterior is not the least bit Tuscan, but seems more like a fortress. The interior has some beautiful rooms, but it feels as homey as a resort or small hotel. Most of the rooms are anything but intimate, and a lot of them look cold and unwelcoming because of their scale. I do like the game room and the theater, and the master bedroom isn’t too bad. But, in general it needs to feel a lot more intimate.

Interior looks cold, but the views are nice and I really like the waterfall.

It’s a beautiful home, but I agree with Grrrowler that some parts make it look like a fortress. The front entrance is too massive and the lack of any architectural elements to break up the stone wall makes it look too austere. Still seems extremely overprice though, but it *is* Aspen.

Love it. Reminds me of a vineyard.

Well now this looks familiar Kenny 🙂 Although i see what everyone is saying with the cold interior and semi-bland front facade i dig it… I like that it comes off as a very “sturdy” house, although fortress is the last thing i think once i see all those windows, i think its a perfect mix… and i love the interior because personally i prefer a nice mix of stone, which could come off as cold but with the right furnishings i think this could be resolved… i love, love, love this house!!!
