Though a bit dated and with some odd elements, it’s not bad, especially with that price.

Its not my style, but it looks livable and its not that bad, especially for what you are paying for

From a distance then the entrance looked a bit like Updown Court. Reasonable price for a big family in need of space on a budget, just doesnt appeal to me at all though.

    Great home, even better price.

Love the basketball court! I would set up a tennis court in there aswell.

It’s got kind of a funky disco Eurotrash vibe. Just throw some color strobe lighting for the exterior, a few zebra-skin rugs inside, and let the good times roll.

We would get along well, especially with a couple of cases a beer and some party women…

I like it, especially for the price.
It would make a great regional office for the Church of Scientology.

It’s only a bargain if it’s a house in which one would actually want to live! The outside looks more like a Super 8 motel than any other house I’ve seen on this site. The interior is horrendous; I’ve seen Super 8 motels that were more tasteful inside. If I wanted to spend $1.8 million on what would quickly become an empty lot, I’d rather do it in a location that’s more appealing to me.

For the price it’s worth doing a complete renovation. I MEAN A COMPLETE RENOVATION. You have to look at what it could become, and the neighborhood is worth it as well.

Impressive price for the space you get, but this has got to be one of the most hideous homes I’ve seen on this site.

Ok… AGAIN you have misquoted the gross living area of this house. Our company has appraised this property and it is NOT 15,000 square feet. The main and upper level is only 10,000 sq. feet. The basement is approx. 4,000 square feet. This is the third or 4th house that I have seen grossly over stated on square foot totals.
The other thing that I take issue with is so many of you just throwing out statements such as “not worth it…” without having any idea the neighborhood in which the property is located in or the market trends in the area. No, the home will not go for list price, but no property in this price bracket does…. but the subject will sell at a premium based on location alone.

I got the square footage off of Tinafountain.com, so relax. There’s no need to get angry. Okay, so I was off by 1,000 square feet (according to you). That’s GROSSLY OVER STATED to you? LOL

I’m not angry at all, it just seems that you overstate the square foot totals of properties in the Atlanta area quite often – and that makes me wonder how many other properties you have misquoted the square footage on. Just for the record, basement square footage is not included in total GLA (gross living area) so when you say 15,000 square feet – you are including the basement, but that is not accurate. Legally and technically square foot totals are for those areas above grade – which means this property is technically only 10,000 sq. feet (as the basement is approx 4,000 square feet), resulting in a difference of approx. 5,000 sq. ft. and yes, this grossly overstated. If you are going to keep giving square foot totals, maybe you should say that the house is 15,000 +/- square feet including the basement.
