I like this a lot. The exterior could use a bit more refinement, but the stone details help. Interior I really like. Biggest issue is the fireplace looks cheap.

This looks quite nice. The interior is a nice mix of formal and less formal, and it works well in this house. The proportions of the rooms look very nice, and I get the sense that this will age well.

Very high quality, no doubt, but it’s a little too formal for my taste. The two-story living room looks unfinished decor-wise.

Wow…I could live here. Wish it had a view, though.

This is pretty good overall but the single dormer window really ruins the roofline and thereby disrupts the main facade. The roof pitch is just too shallow to aesthetically accommodate a dormer. It wouldn’t have mattered if the overall design weren’t so good to begin with.

This is probably one of the few new homes are not like the Chinese shiny soap-dish. Excellent!

Oh, I’m sorry, but I can do it, if you will be able to repeat your question in Russian.

I toured this home about a month ago. before it was listed on the local MLS, the builder tried to sell it himself. the house was open all day for curious pokers and serious buyers to roam around in. ( it was attended, I should add) the house is gorgeous! I agree it does have a few detail errors that are very minor and some chunky proportions from certain angles, but it’s an 8 out of 10 in my opinion. the location is second to none and directly in front of one of Dallas’ most important modernist homes designed by Edward Durrell Stone. a few blocks away are two monster homes going up ( one over 30k sq ft and the other about 25k sq ft) the home is well photographed, but sadly some of the more unique features like the round card room with hand stenciled dome were not featured. I guess it was too hard to capture. a must to tour for any readers on here based in Dallas.
