I quite like this. The exterior looks subtle but sufficiently detailed. The interior is done very well. The only thing I would change upon moving in is making it less beige; some better, brighter artwork would take care of that problem. The only real problem I have with it is that it’s in AZ. This would be so much more appealing in a different location, like Motecito, where you could actually enjoy all 3 acres of the property. I would be loathe to pay the HOA $75K just to move in.

I like it. I love the height in the kitchen and family room, and the fact that it doesn’t look like a warehouse. Is it me or is this very expensive? I’m sure you could find a foreclosure for a third of the price and make it comparable to this.

Jesus, they couldn’t even avoid beige in the wood for the library! What’s here is a good start, now it just needs redecorating. Agree with Daniel, the price raises my eyebrows.

I love this house. Nance Construction is one of the best builders in Phoenix. (Don’t bother to visit their website — it doesn’t tell their story at all.) I think the 3 acres, the size of the home, and the quality of materials make this home exceptional. I walked through it many times while it was under construction, and it is very, very well done.

The $75,000 I think is also part of the membership to the golf course rather than just a HOA fee. The price may be a little high. If I had that kind of money, I would seriously consider this property.
