If this price includes the cost to build the home, then it is a very good buy. However, I think this may be just the price for the lot. The community is stunning. As for the home, it looks a little odd with the breezeway attached the way it is. I also don’t like the driveway trifecta. I would rather expand the home a little and eliminate the courtyard.

Love Indian Creek. The home looks quite nice.

I agree with Daniel. The driveway system is too complex

If you look at the Bing Birds-Eye View, you’ll see they updated it recently. The home closest to the clubhouse that was under construction is completed and looks FANTASTIC.

The residents of Indian Creek are morons. Nothing ever sells on the island. It may be uber exclusive, but seems like no one wants it as well. The list prices are way to high. The $60m house next door is a $30m house. This lot is worth at best $10m

The driveway system is complex but the one on the right is a service drive, to separate it from family/guests. I’m not sure that it would really be necessary, as caterers/service staff usually arrive/depart on a different schedule from guests anyway. So it’s probably more of an affectation. But seeing how nothing is actually built, it’s academic anyway.

I’m sure it’ll be nice, but this is just business as usual. Wake me up when it’s finished.

Singer Julio Igelisis used to live in the house that was torn down on this site 🙁

By the way, the rendering shows a large yacht docked. Sucks this will never happen due to a maximum water depth of about 5 feet in front of these homes .

I think Julio’s house was a few lots south. They kept the pool and asphalt driveway.
