Looks like a public garage, just look at the exterior walls: yuk.

To be honest; I can’t find a single thing I like about this one…

I agree, the exterior may not suit everyone’s taste, but the setting is amazing, and the ocean views framed by the stark interiors are stunning.

Brrr. Raw concrete is a material I would NEVER use in a home, especially the interior. Too cold, too severe, too unwelcoming. The wood floors used in the bedroom (photo 5) are nice.

The setting is amazing. The house, not so much. The exterior looks incomplete, like we’re waiting on the siding to arrive. The interior has some nice elements (I appreciate the tension between the raw concrete and the wood floors), but overall I’m not a fan. I also have to add that I HATE jalousie windows. I do like the pool tucked right up against the house, but it’s not like there was a choice considering the location.

NOOOO. NO no. NOOO no NOO. No no no no. Noo. no. How could you use this home. As an Australian, I’m embarrassed. This home was used as the home of contestants on ‘The Apprentice Australia’ and I have always thought it was the ugliest home I have ever ever seen. I absolutely despise raw concrete. NO, Just NO.

I think this would have been more successful without the raw concrete. It does indeed look unfinished outside, and it’s an incredibly big turn-off to bring it inside as well.

This house is gorgeous and the setting is incredible. I loooove the view out of those windows and how the house seems to merge right into the ocean. I really like the unfinished concrete. It reminds me of the engineering school at the University of Colorado in Boulder. This has great architectural and engineering elements and the location cannot be beat. The pool is fantastic. I love this house. If I were going to change anything I would get rid of the cold marble tile alll over the place. But otherwise this is a fantastic house. I would love to know the price.
