This one I like. The exterior is very classical and has some wonderful details. The interior is spacious, clean and elegant. Room sizes and proportions are very good, and it looks very livable. I do like the gardens and pool as well. I am very surprised at how close Australian homes are to each other.

Tasteful, stylish, classic, eclectic, and comfortable-looking. Are you sure this is in Australia (my apologies to any Australian readers)? The room proportions look very nice and every one shown is lovely. My one complaint with the interior is that the dining room chandelier is hung WAY too high, but that’s easily fixed. The exterior is timeless, and the grounds are beautiful.

I love it overall. Exterior is very elegant and timeless, much more character than most Australian homes we see. Inside I appreciate the clean, modern direction they took, and that includes (amazingly) the kitchen…I don’t normally go for this style but it’s very nice. The grounds are indeed beautiful, but I was shocked when I looked this up on birds eye view. These homes are absolutely jam-packed one on top of the other….the room that this home has on the side with the tennis court is generous compared to some of the surrounding homes, but the other side you could just about touch your neighbor from your window! So that was disappointing, but on the bright side, they seem to do their best to have some bit of privacy with landscaping and whatnot.

They certainly love their tennis courts, don’t they? There’s a grouping of four properties across the street from this house that each have a tennis court in the corners of their respective back yards, and they all meet at the center, it really cracked me up when I saw it.
