Bryan Wilburn, President of Southwest Risk, owns the lot where this 24,475 sq. foot residence is under completion. Started back in 2009, the huge home features 9 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, 6 fireplaces and 3 wet bars. The Wilburns are selling their home over at 6138 Norway Road in Dallas for just under $3 Million.

This home could be interesting. I would have liked to see a bit of a break in the roof over the porte cochere, but with significant landscaping that detail could be overlooked.

Merry Christmas all! I always struggle with “under construction” pics because it could end up looking quite different once they’re finished. From what little I can see, this doesn’t do anything for me.
First it’s creepy Victorians, now it’s a home located on “Manson Court”. Yikes.
This house actually was completed a few weeks ago. I’ll see if I can stop by and snap a few pics soon.
So many Georgia posts!….!…! Kinda getting tired of them, they all..ehem.. (most) suck, most of them aren’t even mansions..Unless you consider carboard walls with drywall sheathing and sewer brick piles with crowded rear facades and badly proportioned roof lines a mansion..
