*Yawn*
If that house is 20,000 sq ft I will jump off the Brooklyn Bridge. If that house sells for 16.9 mil I will jump from the water to the top of the bridge.
Blandly pleasant but derivative. They better do miracles with the interior or this will just blend in with every other large New England style home on the East coast.
What’s special about this to warrant the price tag? It doesn’t look close to 20,000 square feet, and looks like SO many other northeast houses.
Well considering a 2 acre parcel in Alpine usually sells for around 3-4 million and this house is on 6 contiguous acres, I don’t think the asking price is completely absurd.
I agree that is has to really stand out to be worth it. But I am curious as to whether they are including the finished lower level or not in the total square footage.
Personally, I think 20,000 sounds high even WITH the basement, but then again it’s only one pic.
*NOT GRAND ENOUGH* to b worth anything
Unlike most people here I DO like this one. Yeah it’s not a massive mansion and yes there’s probably tons of the homes like this one but I like it. But I would never, NEVER pay this much.
