      This is for a REGULAR house post. For reader’s floor plans (since they’re only floor plans and not real pics) I want them to be grand, like your 2nd plans that you sent me. However, you told me NOT to post those after you got mad at me. HA! I’m sorry, but I highly doubt you’re going to build a house from D’Alessio. Established, wealthy men do not act like you’re acting.

    This is pretty awesome. I’d first get rid of the table with umbrella in the courtyard since it makes it look like a cafe, but otherwise it’s great.

    This just about knocked me clean out of my seat. This is GORGEOUS. It really looks like they trod the right line between updating and leaving the history of the place alone; things like the kitchen just have to be radically altered if the place is to be livable, and I don’t see anything wrong with the direction they chose to take here…but all the rooms that should have been left alone for the sake of the history were, and I applaud them for that as well.
