Stripped out, this could be the start of a beautiful townhouse. Price seems reasonable compared to what we’ve seen from other London properties.

I’ll take it. Daniel is right, this seems really reasonable compared to the rest of the properties in London. I wasn’t going to be surprised if I looked at the bottom of the listing and it said 115 million. This is a beautiful townhouse. I really like the decorating and the rooms. I like the ultra modern two story section with the glass stairs juxtaposed with the classical bedroom. Really well done on the decorating. Would have liked to see a picture of the elevator as most private elevators are small and cramped and uncomfortable and take away a lot from the experience of living in a multistory house. I would take this house in a minute.

I’m not in love with the interior, but it could be a stunning house if someone spent some time on it. The location within London is great too. For the price I would take this in a heartbeat, and then immediately redecorate.

I just don’t understand the pricing in London. What the hell makes this place so special? $14 million for under 10,000 square feet?? Same with New York. I mean they’re cool places to visit but they’re dirty, overcrowded, weather sucks and you’re surrounded by assholes. Granted, some people need to be there because of work but it just seems to make more sense to get a bigger, nicer and more private and afordable place about an hour out in the countryside. Oh well.

In regards to this place I hate the pastel colored clausterphobic interior and that toilet sitting in the middle of the bathroom just seems…..I dunno, weird.

Gorgeous. Like others have said, some redecorating and this’ll be fabulous. I also agree that the price sounds suspiciously reasonable. Why buy some $50 million home on the Bishop’s Avenue when you can have the same square footage for this price? I don’t care that I’m sharing walls with someone else, this is the better value.
