    I like the exterior on this one. The front facade looks very proportionate, and I like the double staircase in the rear. The rear facade looks a little busy and not as elegant as the front. I would have added double loggias in the rear or one large one in the middle. The interior is soooo sterile and boring. The living room is nursing home-esque. The rest looks bland. The view is nice. I don’t think I could ever spend this much to live in Napa. I wouldn’t be able to stand the wine enthusiasts and the social scene.

    The views are nice, but nothing about the actual home really grabs my interest. The foyer is a little on the ugly side and the kitchen has a strange temporary look to it.

    I suppose this would be an attractive proposition for someone looking for a turn-key winery and a ton of land, but it doesn’t interest me.
