I brought these two mega mansions to your attention back in July of last year. They are currently under construction in different parts of Michigan. I thought I’d show you pics of them under construction. The 1st one is located on Great Fosters Drive in Oakland Township. It will boast 34,000 square feet of living space and is being designed by ADG+ Associates, Inc. The 2nd one is located at 6480 Warren Road in Ann Arbor. It will boast a whopping 45,000 square feet of living space and is being designed by GAV & Associates.

The term “white elephant” comes to mind for both of these.
Both of them are completely forgettable.
As a resident of Michigan I can tell you that building homes this size and price is the height of madness. Selling them in the future is beyond impossible and if you could do it, the amount of money that you will lose is astronomical.
Hell Rich Rodriguez can’t even sell his home in Ann Arbor and it is a fraction of what these cost.

That house has been sold on Brittany Lane, in 2012, for close to asking price.. Just an update…

Thank god they dont really build megamansions in CT… Just absolutely no taste or creativity seen in any of these homes, let alone 95% of the homes over 25,000sq ft..
You can’t even see the one all the way, so how is it tasteless and ugly? Do you have a degree in architecture? cam you design? what does your house look like?
Michigan has alot of wealthy residents they fall number 6 or 7 with the most billionaires and holds some of the most wealthiest ppl in USA and the most richest areas and cities
