I could tell this was Greenwich without even reading a thing.
Lmao, I was typing what rob said word for word before reading his comment.
It can’t be Greenwich, the houses aren’t made out of stone.
Hmm. None of these really jumps out at me. They look mass produced and are missing that something special.
#3 looks nice, if not entirely original. The rest look nice, but don’t look like anything special. What’s missing to me is a “bespoke” look on any of these houses; I can see the same things in Bellevue, WA for $2,000,000 built from plans bought off the web.
I love them all. They look better than most homes posted here. I could live (very) happy in any of them.
The first one is the best, and I don’t know why everyone hates the ‘mass-produced’ look. As long as it looks nice, who cares?
The “mass-produced” comments, at least to me, do not necessarily refer to the quality of materials or craftsmanship. It refers more to a general feel of originality, something you don’t see done again and again, over and over. It’s the “something special” Daniel refers to.
Most of the exteriors are nice and attractive in a formulaic, generic way, but there isn’t really much unique about them. Pretty much all of the interiors were major disappointments for me, for much the same reason.
