    Kenny, I don’t mean to correct you, but every listing I find says 6,500 sq ft, not 11,500 sq ft. I’m confused. If so, then Jack is correct with his guess of 6,500.

        Okay, I thought that’s what you were counting. It does say it in the description. You’re right Kenny.

        That’s the problem with the listing not necessarily including the basement sq footage in the listing. For instance, Arnold Chase’s Connecticut mansion in which the “main house” is around 15,000 sq ft, but the total square footage is around 40,000 to 50,000 sq ft.
