I sort of like the front facade. It’s interesting if nothing else. The foyer looks great in picture 2 (other than the ceiling mural) and terrible in picture 3. Some of the rooms have possibilities, but the decoration is just terrible. The backyard is nice, but that tennis court would (if this were my house) immediately be turned into lawn space. The pool area looks nice, but the pics make it feel crowded. I don’t see $12 million worth of house here, especially in housing market like in Vegas.

Agreed with Grrrowler…I can’t see this asking price working in one of the most depressed real estate markets in the country, especially when the house doesn’t seem like anything special.

Another tribute to the excess and greed of the past decade.
After this sits on the market for a year it will be much cheaper given what is happening in Vegas these days. Don’t know who the owner is but as far as a financial strategy there is no doubt that ” What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas “…like millions of dollars in losses on this home.

Eh. Decent exterior and interior. Dining room walls look like they are made of wax. Pool is nice. $12 million for a home in Vegas that backs up to a country club parking lot?

I agree with other comments, the front is nice…the interior design is nothing special if you look at other properties in Vegas this design, furniture etc.., is repeated over and over again. No imagination.

Unless it’s in London, New York, or in Paris, if it’s priced above 10million dollars then it better have 20+ gated acres or be on the sand in Laguna or malibu. Las Vegas, I don’t think so.

I agree with all of the above comments. However, I like the interior decor. I know its not original, but its consistent. I would pay $6,000,000.
