Finally, something different in Atlanta! The exterior I’m not 100% loving, but it does looks well done. I think I’m turned off by the grey-colored siding on the right side of the home. The interior, although very much white, looks nice. Some of the furnishings are a little too eclectic, but nothing major. I love the paneling in the billiards room; in-fact that room is my favorite. I’d convert the golf simulator into a game room. The rear of the home makes me wonder where the rest of the home is. Price seems very high considering the surrounding homes don’t look all that spectacular or large.

Very nice…the exterior is a little plain, but likable enough. Inside is certainly bright and airy, which is nice, but the kitchen is uninspired, very disappointing. The recreational areas are very impressive, very sleek and night club-ish. The main stairway is great, with the tall windows and dark wood and carpeting…they set each other off nicely. Overall I like it, although I agree that the price is on the high side.

I want to like it, it has every feature I would want in a home, but I just don’t like it.
The pool table area is cool and I like how the gym overlooks the basketball court, even though I don’t like the court itself.

His and hers gyms are retarded. You are telling me that 2 or even 4 people can’t workout together? Why would you not want to workout with your wife or even your kids? Do you really hate your family that much?
His and hers bathrooms or closets make sense. His and hers gyms are just ridiculous.

There was a guy on MTV Teen Cribs that has a badass glassed in club/lounge area overlooking his indoor basketball court. That would have been much better than the redundant gym.
Thank god for the red blankets in the theater because otherwise I would want to commit suicide in that bland dungeon of a place.

Why is there not a photo of the indoor pool? That is stupid.

Agree with you about the His and hers gym, but I also think that a master bathroom seperated into his and hers is stupid too. No need for that. You could put the toilet in a seperate powder room or something. It’s not like you’ve never seen each other naked before.

I don’t know about this place, it looks very good I love the stairway to (NOVA Ben said why), exterior looks nice. But I could have done without the golf thing and seperate gyms (make it one) and the basketball court.

I actually love this house… not an Atlanta fan, but it’s really cool. Unique English country home architecture that you don’t see very much. I’m failing to see from the exterior where 20,000 sq.ft. is though, it must have a huge underground complex.

I can’t believe there is finally a house in Atlanta that I mostly like. The stone portions of the outside look good, but I’m not sure about the dark siding. Most of the interior looks good although there’s too much white and dark brown. Dual gyms is silly, but maybe it was designed for someone who doesn’t like working out with the opposite sex. Just wasted space in my opinion.

Likey, likey. Finally a builder in Atlanta who has traveled and picked up some good ideas. I really like the bleached wood bedroom. The outdoor areas are nicely set up and the theatre and rec room and dining room are clean and sophisticated. With the world getting so small now I am amazed that more builders are not in tune with what the rest of the world is doing. This builder did a great job.

What is the room with all the racks and the barrel vaulted ceiling suppose to be? Thought a closet… but Can’t be a closet.. no hanging storage… wine cellar? those shelves wouldnt work. Is that the kitchen pantry?

That’s a good question…the racks don’t look quite right for a wine cellar, but I’d have to say that’s probably what it is. I would have said it was a pantry, but the glass door isn’t right for a pantry….it’s all glass and it has a lock on it…I’d guess a climate controlled wine cellar.

I am going to go out on a limb here and say that because this is Atlanta, this house is targeted at an NBA/NFL/rapper clientele and that room is a storage and display room for expensive collectible sneakers. I can’t think of anything else it could be.

I really like the islands in both of the kitchens! I’m usually not a fan of mid-kitchen seating, but they’ve managed to make it unobtrusive!

This is amazing. I am quite surprised to find it in Atlanta. This is clearly a non-native interior designer. It feels quite hamptons and chic. I also love the juxtaposition of the rustic and the modern – the palettes are chic and yet it feels comfortable and yet speaks to taste. There doesn’t appear to be any obtrusive art and this is where I would made a personalizing addition. Nevertheless, this is impressive and the outdoor spaces are wonderful.
