Before clicking on the link, I thought 18,000 sq ft. After seeing some of your posts, I’m thinking that’s a tad low – closer to 20,000.

I know the specific size and address, but I don’t want to give away the answer. I feel like that would be cheating. I will give one hint, if Kenny is okay with that. The home is in Michigan.
Since I made my prediction, I’ve found the house listing, looks pretty nice on the inside. I also discovered the architect and a pdf of the floorplan (just the stock plan, I’m sure this house has some modifications).
The website listing that you found, did it have big or small pictures? The reason I ask is because the Realtor.com listing has small pictures.
A pdf would be really cool to see.

What do you mean by 3 level home theatre?! as in 3 tier seating or 3 stories? 3 stories would be ridiculous lol
I thought the same thing. Dang… that’s a lot of interior real estate taken up by a theater. What is this thing – IMAX?

I should have recognized this as the Coventry house, I don’t know how I missed that. I guess Michigan homes just never get put on here so I was not expecting to see one.
It is a gorgeous home and it is proof that some builders in other parts of the country are really overcharging for their homes.

Dominick Tringali is the architect. He has some beautiful homes that him and his team have designed around the metro Detroit area. One of my favorite architects you guys should definitely check out some of his work. A good portion of his masterpieces are featured on this website but if you go to his website you would be able to find floor plans to a few of them. http://dtaplans.com/cart/plans.php?search=all and also check out http://www.dtarchitects.com/cart/plans.php Michigan has some beautiful homes but they get over looked because of the California, Florida, and the states that feed into New York City (CT, NJ, NY) homes…
