I like some of it, but only some. The front facade is interesting in a quirky sort of way, but it’s hard to take it seriously. The rear facade is not any better. The lot is also too not very large, but then again it’s a new community of McMansions.

The interior has some bright spots, but it’s entirely too beige right now. With some redecorating, I like the public rooms. The staircase looks nice and the living room with the beamed ceiling is nice. I even like the idea of the columns around the living room, but their style is all wrong. The dining room is also pretty decent, although the arch to the entrance foyer should be lined with wood. Things tend to go south in the bedrooms. The master bedroom layout feels odd, and the other bedrooms shown also feel wonky. The turreted room is downright creepy with the mannequin and crosses, plus the layout is difficult to work with.

The backyard is nice, but nothing special. The pergola is a nice spot, but it doesn’t look private at all. Overall, it doesn’t suck but it needs some work.

Beautiful home, a little overboard on the wood, but still a very nice home and the price is very appealing.

A sauna in the master bathroom, I like that.

    A very good value.
The outside and backyard are nice.

I like it. Something different inside and out. Price seems reasonable; is this part of TX not that desirable?

Meh. Texas has its own brand of McMansion and this falls into that category. It’s nice, but nothing terribly special. Overall – comfortable but uninspring house. Man, real estate is cheap in Texas!!

    That purple bedroom is terrible!!!

I think it’s nice. I like the bedrooms, and the room with the pool tables. But, what’s up with the mannequin??

I imagine it is for a teenage daughter so that she can use it to see what her outfits look like without having to try them on.
Maybe they own clothing stores. Who knows?

Keller has a great school district and is close to an area with a booming economy. A lot of companies from California, Illinois and New York have opened operations in the area (if not in Keller specifically) and low Texas real estate costs can’t hurt. Again, tastes may vary, but I am not sure that a house as big as this and with this quality of build could be bought for this price unless you went to the boondocks in a different state. Keller is NOT the boondocks of Texas and is a DFW suburb. 🙂 Horses for courses, and there’s some really good value in this home for someone who wants to relocate to that part of the country.
