I dont like the style of the house, it looks to built up. The interior is just what I expected, nothing original, just clean and fresh with both colonial and coastal features. The pool itself looks quite nice but the levels of brick walls and pillars just looks messy. If it wasnt in a nice location I’d have guessed this at $3 million tops

Kinda disappointed. I got all excited when I saw “shingle-style”. The exterior is alright, but it isn’t cohesive. It lacks refinement and a nice flow. Your eyes end up grabbing each individual design element rather than seeing the whole picture. The interior is nice, but pretty typical. Being a shinge style home, this automatically gets bonus points in my eyes, but I can’t help wish for more.

I’d fall asleep before I got to the living room. So very normal it hurts.

The front facade is somewhat charming, but only somewhat. The rest is a total yawnfest.

I like this, with some disclaimers. The exterior needs more color…I think shutters would do the job fine, and it’d be nice if there were a little more stone.

Inside, I think it’s obvious that this is a blank slate. I’d love to see pics of the home post-decorator. Whoever moves in obviously has a lot of work, but this could be great after all that is done. Right now, it’s just a clean sheet of canvas with a good starting point. I’m not crazy about all-white kitchens, but this one seems okay, although I envision plenty of bruised hips from that island. Definitely has potential, and like I said, I’d love to see what it looks like after a decorator has gotten his/her hands on it.
