the house looks alot bigger from areal view than it does from the ground. Not too sure about this one, the interior is okay, there are some nice features but it needs a little bit of updating, especially the home theater. Reasonably priced although I would have guessed at $5 million

This home is pretty middle of the road for me. Nothing I couldn’t live with, but certainly not something I would *love* to live in. The exterior is pleasing, but why the lack of different vantage points? Interior isn’t bad, but it needs some masculinity added to it. Living room isn’t bad, but it may be a little too cavernous. I’m hoping that is some secondary kitchen they showcase, but something tells me it isn’t. That family rooms is also extremely small; I would expand the kitchen into that space. Home theater is jarringly out of place in the home. Overall the home needs some significant re-tailoring along with a nice price drop.

I have always loved this Mansion and wanted to see some interior pictures – to bad these are so small. This is a large home, I would guess around 20,000 sq ft and it is 4 houses from the Governor’s Mansion. Two of the houses between this house and the Governor’s Mansion (both smaller than this house) were listed years ago for 9 Million and 20 Million and a 25,000 sq ft house across the street is on the market now for 19.9 Million, so 6.9 Million seems low to me for this house.

It’s a little too formal throughout for my taste, and could use some updating in many places. I do quite like the rear elevation though, it’s very pretty.

Not my personal taste, but not a bad house.
Something my parents and grandparents would have loved.
The lot is very nice and I like the back of the house a lot.
