I’ve showcased a lot of young talent on Homes of the Rich, from free-hand drawings to powerpoint drawings, and this one is no exception. Pictured above are some mansion drawings done by Homes of the Rich reader Daniel Soya. Enjoy!

This specific style of home isn’t really thing, which has nothing to do with the skill of the designer. I say that because the drawings look quite good, and in comparison to other sketches we’ve seen here, I really appreciate the 3D perspective. 2D straight-on sketches of facades can only show you so much, but this gives you an idea of what the home looks like depth-wise in relation to width-wise.

The home looks pretty spectacular, and I’d love to see the plans if there are any (or will be any in the future). Definitely keep it up.

Daniel..with the talent you possess it would be amazing to see you take one of the mansions from the site.. then do a drawing of it and showcase them side by side.

amazing work … the drawings are amazing… I am still working on stick figures and smiley faces.

Couldn’t agree with you more Dan………Daniel’s drawings are really QUITE good for an amateur. As a kid, I used to draw, and loved architectural renderings, and his work makes me want to get back to it! There are innumerable software programs out there now for graphics in every kind of architecture & interior design but I’ll go out on a limb here and say it looks as if Daniels work was done freehand. If that’s the case, then he’s VERY talented and I’m impressed AND jealous. But also motivated to sketch a modern home on my own and submit it (MAYBE, seeing as there’s SO MANY modern-HATERS here on HOTR).

These drawings were done free hand and I think they are very good. Just for your info, Dan is a 16 year old student. I think he has a bright future ahead of him. He can design my dream home.
