It’s so f-ing plain! How people can comfortably live in something so sterile is beyond me. And $25 million for something that looks like a school from the 1970s is asinine.

    $25 million, really?
Pretty sure that you could get this same type of house but much better done in Hawaii for a lot less money.

I actually don’t think this is that bad. The price is definitely bad, but the home has potential. I think a color other than stark white would have been a nicer thing to pair with the warm woods, so I had to sort of picture different colors in many of these pics. The interior needs much more art and personal touches as well, so with those couple things taken care of, this could be really appealing.

This is very Pac NW, which I like, but it’s completely impersonal inside. This MUST be staged by a decorator who has no idea what he/she is doing. No one legitimately decorates with orchids.

Anyway, some color would help, as would furniture with more character and some personalization. The price seems really high, but Vancouver is an incredible place and people pay a lot to live in the best areas.

I think this is a very well done modern. It looks like the backyard is about 10 feet across before you run into a hillside/cliff. Way too small. I like the clean view and all the glass. It just appeals to me as a way to relax away from a lot of clutter. This is definitely a house for adults. It goes without saying that the price is way too high.

Nice vacation home, maybe. But I don’t think I could live there. It’s one of the better looking Contemporary homes though.
