The house is beautiful. I would rather have it on a larger lot. No room for the dog to run.

The photographer really should have included the substantial wing on the left side of the home. If you look at birds-eye, this home is a lot larger than the pictures show. With that said, it looks like the home still has an additional 50 feet or so to build on the left portion of the lot. I think I would have expanded the house so it is spread out on the entire lot, giving me more room to play with the front/back yards. Interior is what I would expect, perhaps a little nicer than expected. At least there is a cohesive design scheme throughout. I think the grand plantation-style home next door looks much more interesting than this place.

The exterior isn’t bad. It’s not architecturally significant, but it works. I’m of two minds regarding the interior. First, it’s completely not my style and if this were my house I would redo the entire decor. On the other hand, it actually looks like a comfortable and livable, but still stylish, home, unlike so many other houses we discuss here. Plus, it shows that some real thought and attention to detail has gone into the interior design and it looks finished. It’s too bad the lot is so small for the size of the house. And, for me personally, I would never want a house on a golf course.

It is a very nice home, yet very generic at the same time.
It comes across as very cluttered also, very busy.
It definitely would have been nice to have more land. I guess the kids and the dogs will be running and playing on the golf course George:)

Who designs these kitchens? Why do they think people want to bend over constantly to use the microwave? Build a cabinet at waist level with a door to put the microwave in, it is not hard, I have seen it done plenty of times.

It needs some nice tall chimneys rising from both sides of the home.

Ugh, I agree about the microwave, I’m not sure what the obsession is with housing them in the lower reaches of the island.
