Exterior is ugly, interior is plain. Only part I like is the staircase railing.
Very plain and very expensive. The exterior looks like it might be limestone which I usually love, but this was done badly.
Apparently the awkwardness and unease of the Australian homes we’ve seen a few of on this site is not confined to Australia…this post could have described this home as being in some swanky suburb of Sydney and I would’ve believed it. And that’s not a compliment.
Could not agree more. Australia has some of the ugliest mansions I have ever seen and this is another ugly house.
The exterior is just so…square. It’s completely unimaginative and uninteresting. The interior perfectly matches the exterior. Atherton and Hillsborough are two of my favorite areas on the Peninsula but if I were in the market in this price range, I’d never consider this place.
I have a feeling this house won’t age very well
It’s a new build home with a blank slate not an over decorated starchitect montrosity!
It’s only sunny several weeks out of the year – so these chipper photos don’t reflect it’s true disposition!
I will say the home doesn’t fit the area – sort of like Derek Jeters house in Florida!
It just needs some color and texture, on the walls, and some creative furniture! Only thing I’d replace is the wood in the kitchen and closet!
