The interior needs a whole lot more color but it ain’t bad. Basketball court is a waste. Street name is pretty neat.
Nice to have money – isn’t it.
I agree b-ball court a big waste and of course throw on some color.
I agree with both of you guys…basketball court is a wtf feature for this place. The interior is nice and would be more so with some more color. I kind of like the contemporary touches in this one, it gives the place a unique look.
Add another vote for the basketball court being a huge waste of space, and the interior needing more color. The interior is terribly boring; even with more color wouldn’t like it.
The pool is far too close to the house. I would be affraid of walking outside half asleep, falling in, and drowning.
This is not too bad…..but the interior could have been better.
Imagine the amplified bang every single time the ball hits the court and the amplified laughs, yelling and screeching from the sneakers coming from that basketball court. A living hell.
YOUR living hell, perhaps. Few would argue that it’d be annoying if you’re not participating, but clearly that issue doesn’t bother some people, hence the existence of more than a handful of indoor, attached sports courts.
Debating this is pointless, of course, because nobody actually uses their indoor basketball court/racquetball court/whatever court. If you’re that serious about it, you do one of two things….go somewhere public to do it (if you don’t have a lot of money) or build a detached annex on your own property (if you’re rich)
