Hmm. The exterior is nice, but the front entry looks a little confused as to what it wants to be. I wish they would have taken the Mediterranean influences father and excluded the stone surrounding the front doors. I personally love the interior. It’s bold, overpowering, and doesn’t have a drop of modern anywhere. The rear courtyard I like, but I would install a fountain in the center. Pool and view are very nice. Price seems fair considering the size and waterfrontage. See this going for maybe $8-$8.5 million.

The facade is far too plain, and the interior is too over-the-top. There’s just too much going on inside, and not enough outside (at least from the front). The rear of the home is more successful to my eye, and the pool looks fabulous, as are the views. I just can’t bring myself to like the interior, except perhaps for the kitchen.

Congratulations! This house has the ugliest foyer ever built! And kitchen! And master bedroom. I hate the interior. The pool is quite nice though.

Um, OK…oh my. The lot would make a perfect place to build an attractive house. The front facade comes off as rather cheap looking, especially those semi-circle balconies. They’re repeated on the back of the house, and are no more successful there.

The interior: there’s a fine line between magic and tragic, and this house is several yards over that line. An opulent interior is one thing, but it needs to stay in good taste. This doesn’t and is just laughable.. The foyer looks like it belongs in a Mexican restaurant and the rest is downhill from there.

Now excuse me while I look for something with which to poke out my mind’s eye.

I love it, it is fantastic.
That is what $10 million worth of detail work looks like, and it is on the water too.

I can appreciate the style of this place and recognize that the interior is well done. If you like this kind of heavy, moorish, 1930’s movie house style then this is the place for you. I personally find it kind of heavy and would get tired of it rather quickly. I think the stairs and the balconies are a little overwrought (get it? Too much wrought iron. LOL) The interior is very dramatic. The exterior gives no indication of the sensory overload awaiting behind the doors.
