The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Lisa Vanderpump and her restaurateur husband Ken have sold their Beverly Hills, CA mansion for $19 million. The gated home is located at 50 Beverly Park Way in the guard-gated Beverly Park neighborhood. They put the home on the market back in December of 2010 with an asking price of $29 million. The 17,000 square foot home was designed by Richard Landry and boasts a porte-cochere, 7 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, wine cellar with tasting room, two offices, billiards room, impeccably manicured grounds, gardens, swimming pool, tennis court, topiaries and much more.

The reason they sold the home was because they wanted to downsize. They reportedly bought a 10,000 square foot home in Beverly Hills for around $12 million.

God that was a good post…83 responses bitchin’ about 6 women whom none of us has [probably] ever met. I actually had a chuckle at some of the most recent posts.

As for the home, the price seems in-line with everything else. Is it me, or is that street in Beverly Park one of the ‘worst’ (if there is such a thing); the lots look smaller compared to the rest of the community. Any idea which house in B. Hills is their new casa?

Glad they sold this. I always thought the interior was really interesting, and I liked it. The exterior does nothing for me though. And apparently, I’m the only one who doesn’t care for Beverly Park. If you’re a super rich Stepford Wife, fine, but otherwise it’s too homogenized.

Her husband seemed like a jerk in the first episode of the new season. I have a feeling sh”ll be this seasons Camille (who I actually love!)

Beautiful house and the price seems somewhat reasonable.

Atlanta, you sure you have the right husband? Her husband is actually very nice.
You might be thinking of Maloof’s husband.

Venom I think Ken Todd saying marriage counselling would make him feel weak is what he is getting at. Throughout season 1 he seemed like a down to earth nice guy (if extremely whipped on his wife) and just said one wrong thing at the wrong time and bravo’s played it up.

I actually really like this house apart from some of the furniture, I love the grounds and it seems like the perfect sized house, not absolutely gargantuan but still a nice mansion.
